Questioni had this installed by geek squad a couple days ago in my 2017 honda civic but why is the steering wheel buttons not working with it. it says it is compatible with steering wheel controler and says on the screen to use them but it isnt doing anything

QuestionI had this receiver installed in my truck yesterday. I was told by the Best Buy staff that I would be able to connect to Sirius/XM after it was put in and I would not need anything additional to do this, but I cannot find it on the receiver. PLEASE HELP!

QuestionIs there an easily accessible USB port in order to plug in a USB thumb drive? If so, does the system allow you to store music files on it from a USB drive?

- Answer The USB input is accessed from the rear of the unit using the supplied USB extension. The files can be accessed however they are viewed in the order they are saved on the USB instead of alphabetical order even after using file sorters.
