Question3 days ago I was able to plug my phone in and Android Auto would connect. Later that day I got off work I plugged my phone in and now it says USB not connected or supported. I have trouble shot my phone including master reset and have tried multiple cords

- Answer I would not put this radio in anything. It is very dangerous, it will only last at most 2 years and then the display goes completely white, blinding you if you are driving at night! And if it turns back on, the volume goes to MAX and blows your eardrums out!

- Answer it will until the bluetooth gives out then you cant even select a factory reset. So disappointed in poineer. They used to make a decent product. Thise days are over.....junk

- Answer Hopefully they honored the warranty if you got the extended. Im on my second one and a year in 2 months later it is doing exactly what yours is.....did i mention the first one did the same thing? Garbage

- Answer The Pioneer DMH-1770NEX will work great in your 2011 Honda CR-V with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. Don't forget your speakers are 12 years old and need to be replaced. Please consider the Pioneer TS-A653R for your speakers. Speakers are the easiest and most cost effective way to upgrade your car audio system. Please be sure to talk to a Best Buy Sales associate for installation details.

- Answer Yes, the Pioneer DMH-1770NEX has 3 pairs of RCA audio outputs for direct connection to an external amplifier. The 3 pairs of audio outputs are for Front pair, Rear pair and subwoofer pair. You can use all or any of them as necessary. The DMH-1770NEX also has an internal amplifier designed to operate up to 4 speakers in your vehicle. You can use any combination of these outputs.

QuestionDoes it come with the frame? I have a question about installation on how is this going to fit? My cars dash design was somehow upwards so this unit will be facing upwards if it doesn't come with a board for proper positioning I suppose.

- Answer Nearly every car stereo installation requires a dash installation kit and wiring kit. A dash installation kit is made specifically for your vehicle Make, Model, year, and will fill the hole in the dash completely and hold the new car stereo in the dash safely and securely. When installed, the dash installation kit and new car stereo will have excellent fit and function. They look great and work great. I recommend to stop by a Best Buy store and talk to a sales associate for more details about installation in your particular vehicle.

- Answer Yes, the Pioneer DMH-1770NEX should work great in your 2003 Crown Vic with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. Please remember the speakers in your vehicle are 20 years old and need to be replaced. Please consider the Pioneer TS-A683R speakers for your vehicle. - Answer Without knowing the make, model, and year and trim level of your vehicle, it's difficult to help. I recommend to talk to a Best Buy sales associate for details about your particular vehicle's camera and compatibility with the Pioneer DMH-1770NEX. The in-dash receiver uses an RCA composite input. If your vehicle has a similar system, that's very common, it should work well.

- Answer Yes, the Pioneer DMH-1770NEX will charge the phone that is plugged into the USB port. The Pioneer DMH-1770NEX has a USB port. When your phone is plugged in, the receiver will give you GPS turn by turn instructions and charge the phone.
