A:AnswerHi Dennis,
This mount should be compatible with your Sony. When retracted the mount is 2.15" off the wall. The Sanus soundbar mount designed for the Sonos beam should be compatible with this mount. If you have any other questions please give us a shout at info @ sanus . com.
Thanks,

A:AnswerHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. The knob does not change the tilt angle of the TV, it just adjusts the TV tilt tension. The knob needs to be turned clockwise to add tension. Then apply force at the top/bottom of the TV to adjust the angle of the TV manually. If this doesn't work let us know the model # of you TV and we can help troubleshoot further if needed.
Thanks,
-Haydn @ SANUS

A:AnswerHey Robert,
It should open like the top one except it opens downward towards the floor. All I can think of that could be making it difficult to open is something could be jammed making it not budge? If you have any other questions or need assistance give us a ring at 1-800-359-5520
Thanks,

A:AnswerHi there,
This mount would not be compatible with your TV due to weight. We do have a mount that is compatible and would support the weight of your TV. It is the BXF230 it can support up to 175 lbs. If you have any other questions give us a shout at info @ sanus . com
Thanks,
- Haydn @ SANUS
A:AnswerHi there,
Unfortunately this mount will not be compatible with your specific TV. We do have another full motion mount that can hold up to 175 lbs! It is the Sanus BXF230-G1. Give it a look!
Thanks,
- Haydn @ SANUS
A:AnswerYes it does. In the box there is a sleeve of all the bolts, concrete anchors if needed. Only thing it does not come with is heavy duty drywall anchors.
A:AnswerThere are some tension screws and knobs on the back of the mount. You can adjust those and it was get it from moving around. Either that or the mount was not perfectly level whenever it was installed.
A:Answer2 but the screws are 3 1/2" long so if you cut into the 2x4 width then you have to buy shorter bolts and that means lower strength holding power. IMO do not cut into the wall 2x4 unless your walls are thicher than a std 2x4. You could cut out the drywall but that only buys you 1/2" and you need the long screws provided to carry the 125# load limit.
A:Answerkatie say wall mount is 30 inch wide and say in another answer it is 28 inch???
If you have a stud in the middle of the tv the next 16inch studs will me 32 inch apart and it will not work! wall mount needs to be wider?
A:AnswerI believe it can but my TV is not curved, so I am not 100% sure, you can call support at Sanus, they will have the right answer! I am glad I went with this mount, no issues so far and it works great!
