“I own this mount and it tilts, however I can't adjust the tilt. It is stuck in about a 15 degree angle tilting down, and when adjusting the tension knob it won't go to a straight position with no tilt. Thoughts?”

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. The knob does not change the tilt angle of the TV, it just adjusts the TV tilt tension. The knob needs to be turned clockwise to add tension. Then apply force at the top/bottom of the TV to adjust the angle of the TV manually. If this doesn't work let us know the model # of you TV and we can help troubleshoot further if needed.
