A:AnswerIf this is concerning a UHD/Blu-ray player, like Sony, LG or Panasonic, then I don't know of ANY that support Pandora. If this is for a Smart TV, then many manufacturers are now providing an app for Pandora. I doubt any "4k Player manufacture now, or in the future, will ever support Pandora since there isn't anything they can do in hardware to enhance Pandora in terms of sound quality.
A:AnswerI can't answer your technical question however I can tell you that I'm very disappointed with this player. The lack of accessible apps is extremely frustrating. I am forced to use my smart tv for apps other than Netflix & Prime and in doing so I lose connectivity to my surround sound system which is run through a receiver and connected to my smart home built in speakers. I am hiring a sound tech to try and solve the problem.
The player in general is okay but I would give 2 stars for what it lacks.

I purchased this Sony Hi-End DVR player because my old crappy one in the bedroom broke and I transferred my living room Sony DVR player back to the bedroom. Bought this Sony to replace the Living Room DVR. Hope you get your answer from someone (much) more knowledgeable than me !

Not sure of the A B BUTTON BUT IT PLAYED our region dvd tha is not region 1 which we were hoping for.... it is an amazing DVD player. It has a beautiful picture and built in WiFi which made a Hugh difference. We are in a dead zone &when turned on our Netflix or Vudu never dropped out.... we love it.....

A:AnswerI have recently had an issue when trying to watch a 4k disc. The only way that I was able to get the player to function was to unplug it. This is very annoying for a player just over 2 years old.
