QuestionWe just bought this used and was wondering why after the wash cycle the clothes are soaking wet and when I put it on the spin and drain cycle is just clicks and doesnt do it unless I take all of the clothes out. Do you know what the problem is?

QuestionSometimes after my wash is done I can't get the lid to unlock to take the clothes out. It says cycle complete but the lid is still locked. Sometime after pulling on it a few times I can get it to open. I've only had this washer for 2 weeks.

- Answer Mine hasn't done this. I'd call customer service. As soon as the Cycle Complete light comes on, the Lid Locked light goes out and unlocked.

- Answer I probably would not because I have my drainage hose draining into my utility tub and when it pumps the water out the depth of the water goes up considerably. My drain works very well but can not handle all at once. I think your sink will over flow very easily. Hope this helps
