Where do you put the fan softener? null

Rick, the fabric softener dispenser is located at the top of the agitator for this model of Washer. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool Appliances!

It goes into the dispenser in the agitator. There is another dispenser on the lower left side of the top of the washer for bleach. DON'T put fabric softener in there. Both dispensers are clearly marked.
