“Sometimes after my wash is done I can't get the lid to unlock to take the clothes out. It says cycle complete but the lid is still locked. Sometime after pulling on it a few times I can get it to open. I've only had this washer for 2 weeks.”

Mine hasn't done this. I'd call customer service. As soon as the Cycle Complete light comes on, the Lid Locked light goes out and unlocked.
