“We just bought this used and was wondering why after the wash cycle the clothes are soaking wet and when I put it on the spin and drain cycle is just clicks and doesnt do it unless I take all of the clothes out. Do you know what the problem is?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.these new machines do NOT operate like the old time machines. Ours did that too. We returned ours because we had the same terrible experience. We now have a GE with a deep water wash option and love it. Good luck
