Q: Why would you buy this over the Zephyrus M16 w/ 3070ti (2022)?
A: Perhaps if you want/need a touchscreen, full 360° hinge, 2 upgradeable RAM slots, port for external GPU, lower heat/power draw CPU, ...
A: This particular laptop model doesn't come with mini-LED Display.
Q: Are the reviews about the crappy keyboard and always crashing system true?
A: I have not had any issues with the keyboard at all, nor have I had the system crash. I use mine for gaming and for graphic design and it has been great for both. I have been using it now since April of this year without any problems or complaints.
A: Yes the model is suitable to for your major and it can run both software.
Q: Can you add 16gb ram and make 32
A: Technically no. The laptop has 2 removable 8gb ram sticks. If you remove one and add 16gb then you’re left with 24gb. If you buy 2 new 16gb sticks then you can make 32 though. I personally bought two 32GB sticks and it runs perfect with 64GB of RAM.

A: This model comes with a 1TB SSD with another available SSD slot.
Q: Are both M2 Slots the 2280 kind?
A: Yes, both are compatible with 2280 SSDs, however the secondary one has a cable running under it that makes fitting your SSD a little harder.
