A: Yes, you can install any software compatible with Windows 10-32 bit OS, also you have access to all the apps on the Microsoft store, this is a full blown OS. Delete the old files and system files after the updates, I had 20G free after running all the updates, running the cleanup deleted another 6G worth of old installation flles, disable hibernation saves you another 1.4G and that leaves you with 20G free for software installs.
Q: Can I use a keyboard with this?
A: Yes. I connected a four port usb hub so I could use mouse and keyboard and external drive.

A: A few weeks back I bought two. It has a little HDMI cable extension in case the HDMI port on the TV is too close to the TV case/housing. It also requires you plug a USB power adapter into it. It won't power itself from the HDMI +5vdc...that's only 150mA I believe. But when I turned it on and switched the TV to the hdmi port it was connected to, I saw windows booting at 1080p. I don't know if it goes any higher becuase I didn't try it. Long and short I could use to watch YouTube in HD...
