A few weeks back I bought two. It has a little HDMI cable extension in case the HDMI port on the TV is too close to the TV case/housing. It also requires you plug a USB power adapter into it. It won't power itself from the HDMI +5vdc...that's only 150mA I believe. But when I turned it on and switched the TV to the hdmi port it was connected to, I saw windows booting at 1080p. I don't know if it goes any higher becuase I didn't try it. Long and short I could use to watch YouTube in HD...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this will work in any monitor with an HDMI port. The maximum resolution the Stick 300 can support is 1900x1200p. It will work in a 4K monitor but the signal resolution can only be a maximum of 1900x1200p.
