As long as the monitor supports HDMI. If not, you'll need an adapter. You'll also then need a keyboard and mouse. The ones that use one USB dongle to attach both keyboard and mouse work the best as they come pre-paired with the dongle. Otherwise, it also works fine if you use a USB keyboard long enough to pair a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. If you use USB only connections, you'll likely need a hub as there's only one USB port.

You need to plug it in to a monitor/TV with an HDMI-in port. You need to plug it in to power with the included AC adapter. You will also need a wireless keyboard and mouse to navigate. Then set up Windows 10 the usual way you would for any Windows 10 computer.

I had to use the power adapter that came with the box since the USB port on the monitor did not push out enough power, you will also need a keyboard and mouse.
