Ideal Logitech Vertical Mouse
||Posted .After pre-ordering & using the MX Vertical Logitech mouse for several years as well as a few other brands, I will say that going Vertical has been the best for my carpal tunnel. The premium price point for the Logitech Lift Vertical mouse as well as the MX Vertical is well worth the reliability, quality, and performance that you should expect from an industry leading brand. Many of my cheaper alternatives have either had weird glitches, compatibility issues, or just prematurely failed. The Anker vertical mouse was the only other brand that seemed to hold up decently compared to the MX Vertical. I still use the MX Vertical as my daily driver on my work PC. Seeing this new Lift Vertical mouse, I decided to get it for my home PC to replace a failed/glitchy mouse. My first impression is the Lift feels comfortable in my palm with near perfect button placement. I would say I have a medium sized hand that can barely grasp a basketball one-handed for a brief period of time. If you have no difficulty grasping a basketball one-handed, then you should consider getting the MX Vertical mouse instead. Between the two options I feel like I have to strain my thumb a bit more to reach the forward/back buttons on the MX, but there's no strain on my thumb for the Lift. The quiet click buttons are super stealthy, and a nice improvement over the MX assuming they end up being as reliable as the traditional logitech audible click buttons. I also like the new smart scroll wheel feature that free-spins if it senses you excessively scrolling to improve scroll efficiency. I love that the Lift Vertical mouse only takes one AA battery and doesn't rely on a built-in rechargeable battery like the MX Vertical does. I prefer to use rechargeable AA batteries since they can be easily replaced as needed whereas a built-in rechargeable battery has no easy replacement option. Overall, I feel that the Lift Vertical mouse is ideal for my medium sized hand. The MX Vertical mouse is still a high quality option for medium to large sized hands. If I had to replace my MX tomorrow, then I'd be getting another Lift Vertical mouse for sure. I just hope it turns out to be as reliable as my MX has been over the long term.

New generation mouse.
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I've been using a G700s for years. After years a mouse does wear out. The pads on the bottom fail, the rubber on the wheel gets gummy, the insides fill up with lint. So, time for a new mouse. I had read about this and other vertical mice and thought it might be better for my wrist. Anyway, worth a try. My current setup is a Logitech Pro keyboard, the Lift vertical mouse, a C922 camera and a Yeti microphone. The mouse, which this is about, is as accurate the older 'gaming mouse' and with the Loftmat pad is quite comfortable. I'm quite happy with it.

Easy to Use
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I was suffering from hand cramps due to working long hours with a conventional mouse. Since purchasing the Logitech ergonomic mouse, I no longer have hand cramps and my work output has increased significantly. This mouse is extremely easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone who spends long hours on the computer.

Functional conversation piece
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Odd looking design does promote better posture resulting in less fatigue. It appears counter intuitive, so you just have to trust Logitech’s engineering. With that said, this mouse probably isn’t every ones cup of tea. But, I will say, it is feature packed with wireless technology. It has a long battery life. Plug and play. More features can be unlocked with proprietary software. I like whisper quiet mouse clicks. Apparently, Logitech beefed up the laser, so it should be more responsive. I haven’t tried the speed adjustment yet. This mouse will connect via Bluetooth, so you can use it on you iPad which might be useful for graphics. I replace a mobile mouse with this and this one definitely is an improvement over that. Logitech states this mouse is for smaller hands, around three credit cards. My hands are a bit larger than that criteria, but I didn’t notice an awkward fit. Sometimes, when I am reaching over the mouse I meat hit the mouse’s apex slightly tipping. So far, I haven’t knocked it off the table. It took some time to adjust to the orientation. Overall, I didn’t find any negatives. The nose makes a great conversation piece too. Logitech has consistently manufactures quality pointing devices. They are my go for them. I have never been. disappointed. Recommend.

Perfect for those with smaller hands
|Posted .Traditional mice have been around for a long time. Conversely, complaints about aching hands resulting to carpal tunnel syndrome have also been around for a long time. And for the longest time, the solution for this is to have paddings in your mouse pad (and for some paddings in your keyboard too). Logi (or Logitech) has come out with a solution for this with the Logo MX vertical mouse wherein holding the said mouse is akin to making a light handshake. As popular as it was, one main complaint was that it was to too big for a lot of people. Hence came the Logi Lift - a little brother to the Logitech MX vertical mouse. And is aimed at users with small to medium sized hands. Unlike its big brother, the Logi Lift is powered by one AA battery instead of a rechargeable one. And I understand should last for around two years. Of course there’s no way for me verify this claim in the short time since I’ve received this mouse. But I’ll take Logi’s word for it. The battery door of the Lift is magnetically closed contrary to the snap cover found in most mice. Once you open the battery door, You’ll also find a unifying receiver. But one of the strengths of the Logi Lift is that it is Bluetooth enabled. And it is simply not limited to connecting to one device but rather three devices. There is a button to toggle modes at the bottom of the mouse. This is perfect for me since I have a gaming desktop, a Mac mini, and a work laptop all connected to one monitor. With this mouse paired with a Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard, I can already dispense with the dedicated mouse and keyboard combo for each computer in my desk. This definitely made my home office workspace clean. Aside from this, the Logi Lift lift has four programmable buttons similar to gaming mice. However, I cannot attest to the latency of this mouse since most gaming mice are wired. But as for ordinary or simpler tasks like writing this review, the Logi Lift greatly suffices. And do note that in order to program this keyboard, you need to have the Logi app. The Logi app has both Apple and Window version. There is not more to say about this mouse save for the fact that it does its job very well. But do note that in my experience, it quite a while for me to get accustomed to its new design. That said, I would highly recommend this mouse.

Quirky but comfortable, takes a little adjustment
|Posted .Budget quality vertical mouse that takes some getting used to. I’ve been using this mouse for a few days now and while it takes some getting used to, it’s starting to grow on me. Tough to say what health benefits it provides me (vs. a traditional mouse) as I haven’t experienced wrist soreness/stiffness in using a mouse before. IN THE BOX The Logitech mouse is smartly packaged. It’s just the mouse and a little instructional. It comes with a Logitech USB receiver which is stored inside the bottom of the mouse (smart). To use it, you simply open the base and pop the included single AA battery in and you’re good to go. I opted to use the mouse over Bluetooth vs. the USB receiver. SETUP I’m using a Windows 11 laptop. Once I put the battery in the mouse, and turned it on, my phone immediately recognized it over Bluetooth. After a couple of seconds, I was off and running. I was then prompted to download the Logi Options plus app on my computer, which I did. It showed up on the app and allowed me to change the macros of what the buttons do in certain programs. It also allows me to change the DPI (i.e. sensitivity of the mouse cursor). The program was easy to use and adjust the settings. DESIGN AND BUILD This is the budget version of the first vertical computer mouse. That’s not a bad thing per se, but it doesn’t have a rechargeable battery (although AAs are easy to find and replace) and it looks “plasticky.” It’s lightweight and feels solid in the hand but it looks kind of cheap. Although as long as it works well, that’s not really a complaint. You can probably tell by the pictures, but it’s essentially a mouse that allows you to hold it in a natural position; you don’t have to twist your wrist so that your palms face down. The buttons still fall under your fingers as if you were using a traditional mouse. I found it to be comfortable to hold and actually does feel more natural than a traditional mouse. There’s your left and right click buttons, a scroll wheel, a button underneath the scroll wheel that changes DPI and two buttons on the inside towards your thumbs (which I use to go forward and back on webpages). I also want to mention it’s pretty tall which makes it less than ideal to put in your travel bag. It’s definitely intended to sit on your desk given its size. PERFORMANCE The mouse was very responsive and works well like you would expect from Logitech computer mice. In terms of mouse performance, it works as you would expect. Honestly, there’s not much to say on this front. Now, my performance was bit hampered as I acclimated myself to the new positioning. For example, I found my middle finger resting on the right click button and hitting it unintentionally. I also found the scroll wheel a tad cumbersome to use with my fingers. I found myself keeping my wrist on the ground, limiting the range of motion of the mouse to my hand. I eventually trained myself to hold my wrist off the desk to allow me better range of motion. After a few days of adjustment I was using it without issues. OTHER FEATURES I use two laptops and a desktop. You can connect your mouse to 3 devices at once and hit the button on the bottom of the mouse to instantaneously switch between the devices. I found this feature to work flawlessly. CONCLUSION It’s difficult to say whether a vertical mouse is better for the wrist of your health long term. We’ve all been using traditional mouses for a long time now. But if you have issues with your wrist, it’s worth giving it a shot. It has a relatively low price point. As just a mouse, it’s hard to recommend it over any other Logitech model. I still turn to my Logitech MX Master. However, if you have wrist issues or are in the market for a new, quality mouse that you can count on and want to try out the new form factor, you should certainly consider it. I can say that after my use, I can’t say that my wrist feels better, but your situation and experience might be different. I’m not ready to call the vertical design gimmicky.

Excellent ergonomic mouse! Whisper-quite Clicks!
|Posted .Logitech - Lift Vertical Wireless Ergonomic Mouse is a huge upgrade from a basic mouse. It came with Lift Left Vertical Ergonomic Mouse, Logi Bolt USB Receiver, 1 AA Battery and Quick Start Guide. Setup is quick and easy. There are two ways to connect this mouse to PC. It can be connected via included Logitech Unifying receiver or using Bluetooth. I have plugged in Logitech unifying receiver into PC and connected without any issues. I was impressed with small factor design compared to Logitech MX Vertical mouse and comfort of using this mouse. I am big fan Logitech MX series and Lift exceeded my expectation. It is perfect for continuous use and thanks to the excellent ergonomic design. The layout of the buttons is good and perfectly placed. The optics of the mouse is so accurate and very easy to navigate. It can be configured up to 3 devices and easy to switch with a tap of Easy Switch button. Smartwheel has two scrolling modes speed and precision. It is easy to customize the buttons. There are lot of key features in this mouse. Lift’s unique 57-degree angle with a softly textured grip and snug thumb rest elevates the wrist to give a feeling of relief compared to regular mouse and more ergonomic posture for the hand, wrist, and forearm. The unique vertical angle reduces wrist pressure while the thumb rest keeps your thumb and hand in a very comfortable position. It is shaped very well for hands featuring easy-to-reach customizable buttons, whisper-quiet clicks, and a Smart Wheel for smooth, seamless scrolling. There is no option to charge the mouse like MX series. However, battery life with one AA can last up to 2 years. It comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. I am using this mouse for few days at home for office work. It is day and night difference compared to standard mouse and much better ergonomics compared to MX series. I highly recommend this mouse to everyone due to advanced ergonomic design and whisper quite clicks.

Your hand will love this
|Posted .The Lift Ergonomic mouse by Logitech is the perfect mouse you hands deserve. If you use a mouse for a long period of time, your hand will love this. First off the way it is designed it just feels natural. The rubber where most of your palm sits feels so soft and comfortable. Simulate leaving your hands still on top of a table and you’ll notice that's pretty much exactly how you will hold the mouse. The buttons, and scroll wheel are very responsive, and not only that they are very quiet. The mouse tracking was excellent. I did not experience any lag or disconnection. Setting it up is so easy by just connecting it via Bluetooth or you can use the included USB receiver. This mouse works with 1 single AA battery and it’s included. That single battery should last about two years according to the manufacturer, and that possibly because it works with low energy bluetooth. On the bottom of the mouse there’s a button that will enable you to switch the connection from up to three devices, that was pretty cool. Logitech is not new to the mouse business but they definitely step it up with this one. I have medium size hands and it felt perfect. Overall this is a great mouse design for the everyday heavy user, your hand will thank you for it. In the box you get the Lift mouse, battery, USB receiver, and manuals.

Q: QuestionNo dongle needed? Correct?
Asked by slcsteve.
- A:Answer This mouse can connect via either wireless USB *or* Bluetooth. That being said, a dongle is included for wireless USB use -- but it is not required if you are connecting via Bluetooth.
Answered by rick
Q: QuestionCan this be used for left hand?
Asked by Wanda.
- A:Answer This model is shaped for the right hand. It would be awkward to use with the left hand. There is a model called Lift Left which is shaped to be used by the left hand. My daughter is using that with her MacBook Air.
Answered by ctrclckws
Q: QuestionCan the mouse be unified/paired to the dongle receiver of the logitech k860 keyboard?
Asked by Alex.
- A:Answer No. It comes with it's own dongle. Not a unified receiver. The only downside to this mouse.
Answered by Chris
Q: QuestionDoes this mouse have horizontal scrolling?
Asked by Noname.
- A:Answer Yes it does. I’m pretty sure you press the back side button and use the scroll wheel for horizontal scrolling.
Answered by Chorizo
Q: QuestionWill this work with an Xbox one?
Asked by Potatoplus.
- A:Answer Hello, Potatoplus! The Lift should be compatible with Xbox One, as the only requirements to use a wireless keyboard or mouse on Xbox is that it has its own USB receiver and does not use Bluetooth. However, keep in mind that the Lift mouse is not specifically designed for Xbox. - Maggie from Logitech
