Q: QuestionIs the Dyson V11 Animal charging station a free-standing station?

• A:Answer Hi there Bev, this is Tia from Dyson. The V11 Animal cord-free comes with a wall dock and a charger. The dock itself doesn't provide power to the battery, but can be used in conjunction, with the charger. If you choose to mount the wall dock, the charger cable will thread behind the dock, with one end plugging into your regular electrical outlet, and the charging pin end snapping into the dock. When the machine is placed in the dock, it makes contact with the pin and charges directly on the wall. Using the dock is optional, you can just plug the charger right into the machine itself when it needs to be charged. Thanks for your support of Dyson technology! If you have someone in the home with longer hair, or even pets, you will likely need to maintain the brush bar of your machine more often, as hair can accumulate there, and if left behind, can cause issues with the brush bar or brush bar motor over time. • A:Answer Hi there Moses, this is Tia from Dyson. Washing the filter for the V11 Animal is very easy! You'll want to remove the filter by turning it anticlockwise. Gently pull it away from the machine. Hand wash the filter in cold water only, without using any detergent. Be sure to leave the filter to dry for a minimum of 24 hours in an environment with good airflow. Please ensure that the filter is completely dry before reinserting it into the machine. Q: QuestionI was using my Dyson V11 Animal, as I was using it, the filter light was flashing!! When finished, I removed the filter & cleaned it & replaced to machine. Since I did that, my machine will not charge or appears to have any power. What did I do wrong?

• A:Answer I'm not sure what you mean. You must be referring to the trigger button. The vacuum goes off immediately when you release it. You should check to see if the button moves freely without binding.
