A:AnswerIt's important to measure the item and elevator first before placing your order. Just incase you measure and the item is too big, then i suggest u contact customer service to see if the delivery can use stairs.
For mine, i measure the space in my house where i want to place the item, then compared with item measurements online and it was ok.
Delivery used the stairs and i live on 3rd floor.

A:AnswerI just did this. Had a 75 inch delivered and hated the TV even though I had looked at it in the store. I went to the store with the receipt, exchanged the TV for a different one and they sent techs about a week later to pick up the old tv and deliver the new one. No issues.
A:AnswerFor my delivery I got a call 2days before delivery and then the day before my delivery I got a email and txt with links for direct live tracking of the delivery vehicle for the next day.
