Do they unbox and setup TV? null

I think you have to specify that in your service. When you request delivery, there should be an option at some point through the checkout to select in-service installation. They will come to your house on the scheduled date. You have to specify how you want it mounted, on a stand or on a leg.

The delivery personal offered to unbox and setup

I don't believe so but my TV was super easy to unbox and was just a matter of plugging it in.

If you are a total tech member, yes.
