Yes they charge for everything, i have the same issue going on right now. Unless you purchase their total tech support they will not install for free.

Companies have their own rules about things like this but it's a question that can be answered by simply calling & asking. I mean the worst that can happen is that they say no but you never know until you ask. Commincation is key! Good luck and have a great day!

you will have to call the customer support, they will charge you one time fee, or you can pay i think close to 100.00 for a year service, for example you buy 5 things and you have a year service, u will not charge a fee because you bought this year around service. or you can pay one time fee is around 30 bucks for each services, unless you discuss with customer support to see if can agree to a deal.

remember there is covid regulations you have to discuss that with customer support and make appointment maybe that day they come have nobody in that room. or you can go to youtube.com and there is helpful videos you can try yourself. surround sound is only 2 colors red and white where they are color matches, yellow is video will not need if you use hdmi direct plug. again youtube videos can help study and learn. good luck
