Please try again later.you will have to call the customer support, they will charge you one time fee, or you can pay i think close to 100.00 for a year service, for example you buy 5 things and you have a year service, u will not charge a fee because you bought this year around service. or you can pay one time fee is around 30 bucks for each services, unless you discuss with customer support to see if can agree to a deal. remember there is covid regulations you have to discuss that with customer support and make appointment maybe that day they come have nobody in that room. or you can go to youtube.com and there is helpful videos you can try yourself. surround sound is only 2 colors red and white where they are color matches, yellow is video will not need if you use hdmi direct plug. again youtube videos can help study and learn. good luck
