If you did not pay for set up the delivery person will only bring it into your home. To take your TV to a Pacific Rim especially if it’s upstairs it’s kinda like a set up charge.

Maybe there wasn't enough room or the item was too big? Maybe they were just having a bad day and decided not to accommodate you.
