A:AnswerOn the package is a QR code. You can scan the QR code with an free app. A site comes up and you enter your location which will located on a map the broadcast towers serving your area. Or, go to antennapoint.com which is what the QR code would take you to, and plug in your information.
A:AnswerThis product is a larger style for an indoor antenna, it would work if you are creative with how you mount it. These and all antennas like this require a direct line of sight for the best signal reception anything in the way such as trees, walls, buildings, hills can and will degrade the signal.
A:AnswerThe 4K resolution is not currently used for broadcast television. In the future, when it is, the Clearstream 4 Max will be able to receive it.

A:AnswerIt comes with the hardware to attach to the included pole, just attach to your pole instead. That's what I did for my previously mounted roof antenna pole. No problems.
A:AnswerIt doesn't power any tv. It sends a signal thru the cable line. If you had cable or dish before you should already have the line ran in your home.
A:AnswerYou can enter your ZIP code or address to Antenna Point (https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html) to get an idea of which stations you can pick up from your location. Keep in mind there's a lot of factors at play, aside from distance from towers. Local terrain (hills, etc.), tree leaf coverage, and the height where you mount the antenna will affect reception. You may also need a preamplifier. At my suburban Atlanta home and using a 50-ft coax cable, I did not get a good signal until I added the Attennas Direct ClearStream Juice preamplifier, which works well with this antenna.
A:AnswerI recommend you go to www.tvfool.com and enter your address and it will ask what height the antenna will be at, say at 25 feet AGL (above ground level). This will give you a better idea of what stations you may be able to receive and what direction the station is at. Keep in mind, open air antennas work by line of sight so trees, walls, buildings, and mountains will degrade the reception so the higher you get the antenna the better reception you will get.
A:AnswerPicture quality will be great. The TV upscales to an extent. All air broadcasts that are in HD will be HD. Most are. If you stream from Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, etc. Most of those are now in HD as well. Some are in 4K. Picture quality is great. Keep in mind the spec on the TV is the actual deciding factor. The TV can only project what it is capable of, regardless of input. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerPut the antenna by an open door or window. When we have trouble getting CBS, I open the interior door and only the storm door is closed. That works. Then, I can close the door. It reminds me of Internet cookies. Once it has the signal and the picture and sound are clear, it seems to retain it when I shut the door. I really think you have not found the optimum position for your antenna. Ours always works on a 30 to 40 degree angle from the wall. It does not work straight, turned the opposite way, or with both screws of the antenna against the wooden bench that the TV is on.
A:Answerno power source needed. I installed on my roof using bracket already installed that had previously held my direct tv antenna. Also used their cable to hook up to both of my tvs.
A:AnswerHow well the antenna works depends almost entirely on your specific location, the signal variables there, and your specific installation. A full radar plot based on your full address is the best first step to determining how well the antenna works. I recommend contacting our Technical Support team at your earliest convenience since they can run a full radar plot for you.
Best Buy's Geek Squad would be able to tell you if they offer installation services, so I recommend contacting them directly for the answer to that question.

A:AnswerI had a similar problem. Our lowtech solution for now: Used strong cotton cording and hung it from the curtain rod in the window with closest to line of sight to the towers. Doesn't look pretty, but it works for now, till we can get permission to install it outside.
