I recommend you go to www.tvfool.com and enter your address and it will ask what height the antenna will be at, say at 25 feet AGL (above ground level). This will give you a better idea of what stations you may be able to receive and what direction the station is at. Keep in mind, open air antennas work by line of sight so trees, walls, buildings, and mountains will degrade the reception so the higher you get the antenna the better reception you will get.
