A:AnswerI just bought this recently for a Cox install for a client. Those Revisions requirements have to be pretty old. More importantly, can always do updates to the software firmware as well is my opinion, unless it is something specific to the equipment under the hood, then don't know the answer, but my bet would be it works just fine. Can always return if does not work (Revision should also be listed on the box when you receive from BB)

The other ethernet port can be utilized if you have an additional IP address subscription from your internet service provider. If that is the case you can connect a separate router or an ethernet devices to get the public IP address from your ISP
