• SB8200 is available Now. I purchased it yesterday. I hear good things about the Cm1000 by Netgear also. Hope this helps TimmyB

• That is strange because I purchased one for my son in September 2017 as his birthday present in Greeley, Colorado. Not sure why but I would try again because this modem makes a world of difference.
