Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use it with my Optimum 400Mbps service and it's been stable for over a month now. There's no reason it shouldn't work with any given router, but If you don't hit your expected speeds try connecting your computer directly to the modem, without the router, to see what speeds you get in that configuration. I had to upgrade my router to reach the 400Mbps speeds because I found out my router had a firmware bug introduced back in 2017 that Netgear still hadn't fixed. People reported that the bug cut their top speeds in half, but you had to use more recent firmware if you wanted all of the security fixes.
