A:AnswerCheck the power output through the MHL adapter. I used an app from Play Store called "Galaxy Charging Current." It will tell you what the charge rate is when plugged in. Plug a charger directly to the phone and you'll probably get somewhere between 900-1900mA (max.). Then insert the adapter between the charger and phone. When I used my Rocketfish 18" cable, I got 1900mA (max rate for the S4, when battery is really low) and it dipped to 960mA as phone approached full charge. With Samsung's adapter, I got 300mA no matter what level the charge was at.
A:AnswerThe most likely cause is that the tablet is using more power than the charger can provide. Charging through the USB port is not as powerful as plugging it into a normal power source. The USB port doesn't provide as much power for a recharge as a power source does. Certain applications can drain the battery faster than the charger can charge it.
A:AnswerThere was an adapter that came with it to be used with the Samsung tablets. The mini usb adapter. You could buy it and you could always return it, if it dosen't work for your tablet.
A:Answerif Im reading the question right, its not a charger, its an adapter with function-ability to view the info on your tv, it has a power slot on it so it can receive the energy required to send the signal to the tv, no charging capabilities though
A:AnswerYour Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is an MHL compatible device (http://www.meetmhl.com/DoIHaveMhl.aspx), so this adapter should work with it. As far as your audio issue, I would advise you to contact Samsung directly, as it may be a hardware-related issue.
A:AnswerYou haven't provided enough details to adequately address this question. Can you elaborate? What is the model number/device that you are trying to use it with? What sort of issues are you experiencing?
A:AnswerMake sure you have the phones power cable attached to the RF-G1171. The power cable is required for the RF-G1171 to work as it supplies the power for the adapter.
A:AnswerThe Tab 4 is not MHL compatible. But this does work for other tablets. I have the Tab S and it works.\
