A:AnswerNot sure. This is a DOCSIS 3 compliant modem though. Check your providers web site; usually they list the cable modems that are compatible with their service.
A:AnswerOkraku, if you have COMCAST's phone service you must use a modem that can filter voice calls; this DOCIS Modem does not perform that function. There are modems that you can purchase that can do this for you; just go google COMCAST approved modems and try to find your selection on Amazon, Wayfair, E-bay, etc.... Or if you really do not need the phone/voice service of a land line; stop paying for it and just get the COMCAST DOUBLEPLAY and rely on your cell phone only....or get installed a less expensive line by a local company ugh like ATT, VERIZON, etc..
A:AnswerThe modem will work especially well with any router but especially a fast AC router. It's not your router you need to be concerned with, it's your Internet Service Provider and whether or not it's an "accepted device" on their list, it should be, I would suggest checking with them first just in case.
A:AnswerARRIS does not have cable modem/router products with voice and mesh capabilities for Comcast Business service. Visit www.surfboard.com for future product releases.
A:AnswerDownload speed is 0 Mbps : ZERO Because it does not work properly. After 4 phone calls to Arris and my internet provider it still will not function.
Best Buy customer service is useless after the 15 day supposedly no hassle return. Now I have to try to get a return authorization and ship it at my expense.
This is why I hope Best Buy finally finishes its pending bankruptcy and goes under once and for all.
