Download speed is 0 Mbps : ZERO Because it does not work properly. After 4 phone calls to Arris and my internet provider it still will not function. Best Buy customer service is useless after the 15 day supposedly no hassle return. Now I have to try to get a return authorization and ship it at my expense. This is why I hope Best Buy finally finishes its pending bankruptcy and goes under once and for all.
