So far, I love my laptop. It cut off once while i was on Zoom, but i think that was a Zoom issue. Graphics are great, runs well, battery does die after like 3-4 hours of being on it, but that doesn't bother me, my charger is always near. Personally it's been great. Hopefully it stays that way lol

[Employee of bestbuy] Honestly love the laptop, feels and looks sleek and professional, while able to handle all the games I put it up to! Laptop does get a little warm though, but nothing a cooling pad didn't fix. Overall great buy for a nice all-in-one type gaming/studio laptop!

The build feels good, decent battery life and the power brink isn't bulky at all at 200w, oled screen is awesome. I like that it already comes with 24g of ram and 2tb of storage which saves me on time and hassle on upgrading the components. If you can get this on sale it will not disappoint. If i had to choose one con it will be that majority of the ports are on the right side which depending on your use case can interfere with your mouse space.

This laptop gets a 8.5/10 in my books because overall, this is a very good laptop. The 4060 gets powered enough, and the intel core ultra 9 is powerful. The only nickpick I have with this machine is the preformance on battery. The battery life gets around 4-5 hours on normal use of google docs, and the laptop gets a bit slow on battery. Nothing big though, because everyone knows that you shouldn't do intensive tasks on battery. It's very nice that the RAM is upgradable, and there are two SSD slots with 1 vacant for future storage upgrades.

My Fav laptop period. Great screen, amazing game performance every game at 60fps. Good for everyday work. Keyboard is absolutely fantastic. Fan is a little noise but when in gaming you barely notice. Amazing sound with Harman Kardon. I had my eyes on Asus Zephyrus which is $2700 laptop but then I saw this with Rtx 4060 and like my dream come true for $1299.

Motherboard bricked right after the warranty ended. I have had multiple ASUS laptops break on me now. Best Buy "lost" this item in their catalog so I couldn't do anything about it. Never returning to ASUS. Went to Lenovo, much better warranty program and customer service.

Purchased this less than 30 days ago and used it once. Next time I attempted to use it, it would not turn once. Finally after several attempts, it turned on into dos mode requiring a password that I did have because I did not set it up. So I was stuck at a UEFI password screen and Asus was unable to help me. Returning to store after Asus said I would need to send back to them if I was outside return window.

I purchased this computer from Best Buy for my son, who needs it for his Engineering classes at UF. Within months, it started failing, making it impossible for him to complete assignments and take exams that require specific specs for coding. We took it to Geek Squad, expecting a fix, but they couldn’t resolve the issue and sent it to the manufacturer—leaving us in limbo. For two months, we've been bounced around with no updates, no returned calls, and hours of waiting on hold, only to be hung up on. No one is taking responsibility, and we still have no working computer. This has been a terrible and deceiving experience. For such an expensive purchase, I expected reliability and proper support, but this has been nothing but a nightmare. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels. Avoid this computer and Best Buy’s repair service at all costs!
