Love the folding arms. Chair is in a very small room and this allows to to simple slide to the side. Back rest seems very supportive. I'd rate the seat itself at 8 out of 10. could use a little more cushion. But I am on the hheavier side.

It does not rock back and forth like it suggested, even though I exchanged it out. Otherwise it’s okay. Price should have been lower than what I got it for.

Practical chair, works well, sturdy, easy to assemble Con; only adjustment option is up and down, doesn’t incline any and seat becomes little uncomfortable after hour or two.

After an hour or so the cushion flattens out and it feels like you're sitting on plywood.

I bought this specific chair after looking at the specs on many chairs, and this one had one of the highest seat heights listed: 25" min to 29" max height. After putting this together, the correct heights are: 19" to 23" max height. That's a difference of 6 inches. Given that I just put the thing together, I have to consider if I want to disassemble this and return it, and apparently, I need to go into Best Buy and measure the seat heights, as Best Buy has no problem listing false info. If nothing else, Costway chair specs should be taken with a grain of salt, as the company obviously has no problem lying to make sales.
