Best laser I have ever bought. Well worth the money and more. this laser does everything it says that it can do and more.

The machine is well built, sturdy and seems solid, however, 1- it took me longtime to configure and add the engraver to the Lightburn software. 2- The machine with multiple passes cut parallel lines, so every pass the line shifts around 1mm for the same line with three passes you end up with 3 parallel lines. 3- The LED light that enables the camera to work is not lighting after second cut; I had to put external light and still doesn't work properly. 4-I contacted the seller that BestBuy promise they respond in one day, today is third day no response yet. I requested to return this product; it is not good value for the money. 5- Best buy terms and conditions doesn't apply to the marketplace sold items, the third-party seller terms and conditions enforced. so customer's wasted time in not valuable.
