I have had a few go arounds with Norton and have been very pleased. Ease of installation and works. Only get it from Best Buy as the price is right

Fast installation and easy set up. Been using it for years and with all the cyber attacks and malware out there, I refuse to be without it. Several times I've gone to what looked like a legitmate site and Norton blocked an attempted attack on my computer. Installed it on both my PC and Mac. Highly recommend it if you spend any amount of time on the internet. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Although it requests a credit card for automatic renewals, you can cancel before it renews. I never allow the automatic renewal because I always find it cheaper at Best Buy when the time comes to renew it.

I ordered the Norton 360 version, the actual CD, but for some reason Best Buy sent me the digital version. I hadn't used Norton for many years so I thought I would give it a try. The install went fine except it requires a credit card number to install and create an account. The credit card is for auto-renewal which I plan to turn off in my account. The product works fine, but I am disappointed with the secure VPN protection. After a 30 minute wait to talk to a Norton rep in a foreign country I found out this feature doesn't remain turned on. You literally have to turn this feature on every time you want the VPN protection. So probably wont buy again but we will have to see. On a side note they have improved the system lag compared to the older versions.

Love Norton 360! It is very easy to install, can use it up to 5 devices. The price is very good at Best Buy. You have to pay attention for the auto renewal, the price will go up.

I have been using Norton products for many years now and they just keep getting better. This latest version with VPN is particularly great. When I travel with my laptop and I am on hotel unsecure networks this adds a very important level of protection. In the old days antivirus used to slow you down. Those days are over. I see notices sometimes that it is performing tasks in the background. I highly recommend this to protect your devices.

Installation was fairly easy but a little wonky on cancelling automatic renewal. Don't like the renewal feature as they try to get you to renew at $139 instead of $25 at Best Buy. Program works well. Never have had a malware issue. For some reason it detects our router as a public network.

Easy to use. Appears to do a good job of computer security. Would rate it higher if it didn't frequently inject solicitations for more services in every report.

We are repeat users of the Norton360 antivirus program. We find it works seamlessly and has minimal interruption or interference with our computer’s functions although Norton does pester you frequently wanting you to upgrade to various other programs and coverages during the course of your subscription. The 360 Deluxe offers coverage for five devices so our household is covered with one program. The downside is that Norton requires you to set up auto-renewal, so after your first year, the renewal price jumps up to some exorbitantly high price. All you need to do after you set up the program is cancel the subscription sometime before the auto renewal is set to kick in the following year. They will continue your subscription until it was due to expire, at which time you can purchase a new program on sale for a much lower price and install it after the original subscription expires.

Great price, does a great job protecting my laptop, alot of features. Doesn't slow down the computer, in fact my computer is faster with Norton 360 and doesnt block me from websites I always use. I had AVG, which really slowed my laptop and blocked sites I always used. BUT, set up a norton account before trying to install, it will save a call to customer support. I highly recommend.

I did not notice on the box it had an auto renewal. Norton REQUIRES you enter a credit card in their system BEFORE you can install the virus protection which I had already paid for. I had to put the credit card in the system or I could not install the virus protection, there is No option to opt out of the auto renewal during installation. Best Buy would not take the thing back. Norton would not allow installation without the credit card. I installed the program with a card. It took over an hour talking with Norton to get the card off their system and cancelling auto renewal. This should be an option not a requirement. I purchased the product. I should have been able to use it without trying to bind me to next year

I have been running different versions of Norton on my computers for years and Norton 360 is good. I had a HD crash last year and the local dealer removes Nortons since he claims it has caused an excessive number of HD crashes. After I got the computer home removed the dealers trash antivus software and installed Norton 360 since it was not responsible for the hard drive failure. I don't like all the popups that come with 360 on adding stuff to your computer and changing defaults. It does work on multiple devices with no negative on my Android Samsung phone.

Easy to install great protection. Very good price and later subscription price is worthy

I had been renewing our Norton 360 online for several years. The annual rate went up to $119. Best Buy had it on sale for a great price, and I was happy to make the switch. I find using this version versus downloading makes for an easier transition.

Easy to install and I felt safe and protected. I would advise me of dangerous websites and NOT allow them to open up. Been using Norton for many many years in a row.

I've been using Norton (Symantec) products for at least 15 years. They have improved the product a lot since I first used it. I've tried other brands and I had malware. I have this Deluxe version so I'm using on phone, laptop, desktop, and tablet. With VPN, it's a major plus. It's reliable and it doesn't seem to slow down my processors. I recommend this product.

Bought this on Cyber Monday for a steal - only $17. For the huge drop in price it brought, I would very much recommend doing the same yourself if you can. Norton is a decent off-the-shelf security option and having 5 installs is enough for most families, so this is a good option for a household or someone with multiple devices.

I have been using Norton on my computers for many years and Norton 360 is good. Norton 360 works well with my desk top and two laptops. It was quick and easy (not to easy) to install. I do not appreciate being forced to enter my credit card information for auto-renewal. I don't want auto-renewal because Best buy and other sellers have better deals than Norton. There is a reason I prefer to renew on my own each year. You may cancel the automatic renewal but it isn’t easy do. Spent hour or more to cancel the automatic renewal last year. Customer service isn’t helpful with this. Norton should allow me to enter the new product key to update my subscription. I took one stars for auto-renewal.
