It works good not slow, barley any scratches. It does get a little hot quickly and it doesn’t charge while using it, takes over 4+ hours too charge but at least it comes with a charger I’ve probably had it for a few months now so nothing too fishy has happened yet i wouldn’t say worth 300 but definitely 200 or 250 would be great

It’s literally perfect it works perfect the besides scratches. The color is rose gold and it’s so pretty and I love the Touch ID. I bought it for college and I was scared since it was refurbished but it’s been a couple weeks now since I got it and I haven’t had any problems.

I was really nervous about purchasing this laptop because I have already have one and only wanted a smaller one. However the laptop is in excellent condition. Runs fast the same as my other one. It came with a charger and block. This is a great size laptop for me as a nursing student. And it’s compatible with my school resources. The laptop came updated. No scratches it looks like someone bought it and didn’t want it so they took it back you can not tell this laptop had a previous owner. This is a highly recommend for me!

I loved it , works perfect just as new , mine does not have any scratches, the charger did come dirty but works perfectly so that doesn’t matter , software works amazing would for sure recommend to any high school student since it doesn’t have that much space !!!

I loved this computer It was excellent quality and lasted me for two years of college. However, I received this computer around June of 2023 and as of April 202,5 my screen has gone completely blank and will no longer turn on when I took it into Geek Squad I was told that it had probably just reached it's max life capacity, I was hoping to get a little more life out of it but it was great so the time that I had it.

No complaints, i would say this was absolutely brand new if it didn’t say refurbished. My macbook didn’t have no signs of use. No scratches no defects. It works amazing and exactly what i needed for school not too expensive.

this macbook was the best purchase i’ve made! everything looks brand new even though it has been used. everything runs smoothly and i would recommend to others if your looking for a cheaper alternative to macbooks.

This laptop is great, however it overheats quickly.

Super love this! Just few dents, but my friends can’t tell that it’s refurbished unless I tell them. It functions great. I haven’t encountered any problems so far. I expect less because of the price, but so far, it really far exceeded my expectations.

I love it very much and it helps being a Apple product it is connect tot my phone and and gives me all the updates just like my phone does

i love my macbook. it was better than my first macbook from a couple years ago but i got this macbook & i haven’t had no problem. i got on december 20, 2024 & it’s january 5, 2025.

I love my new mac. It’s better than my old one I had. It came in with maybe 3 minor scuffs that you can’t even see.

This is awesome glad I bought it!! Just have some lil scratches but everything works good !!! I recommend to buy!

Really good conditions, battery life is also really good, and it had little to no scratches. Screen function really well and it’s really fast for the year it was released.

I followed the good comments on here and i regret it so much. In 2 months the keys are falling off and it took my from the end of one class (1:45) the the middle of my 3:00 fo load up GOOGLE DOCS. Geek squad is absolutely useless and they will not help

The laptop came in and looked great. It runs well and it does what I had hoped for. I was very disappointed that the charging wire came in damaged, I know it'll do what it's meant to, but I can't believe it was overlooked (or ignored). I have bought several refurbs before for different things, and this was the first time I was disappointed by this small detail.

I love my Mac book but I’m gona get a different one

I bought this product in supposedly excellent condition on Feb. 27th, 2025, and now, on April 9th, 2025, the device won't turn on at all. I am NOT happy the timeframe to return the device has just been canceled as of March 19th, 2025. how convenient smh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING BRAND NEW because this is not worth it. You cannot purchase apple warranty due to it being used.

I have had my MacBook for over a year now and it still works great. It came in excellent condition with no scratches or wear and tear. For it to have been a refurbished laptop, it came like new. The only thing that is kinda annoying is the battery life and it's a little slow but nothing to crazy. Very happy with my purchase and plan on upgrading to a newer one soon.

so worth the money!! i could not recommend this enough. i was super skeptical because of the price, but everything was in perfect condition. the only bad side of this the batter life. i full charge lasts for about three hours at most. other than that its amazing. highly highly recommend.
