The camera is great and I am finding this phone very easy to use on all levels. The size is perfect for me and fits in my purse easily. I did not want to spend this much money on a new phone but so far I think it is worth every penny. I love the purple !

I forced my husband to upgrade from his iPhone 6s to the iPhone 11. It’s a huge difference and works great. It has a great camera and it’s very fast. I think he is finally adjusting to the larger screen. So far he is thoroughly enjoying his new iPhone.

I just upgraded from the iPhone 6s to this iPhone 11. It is a great phone, just the right size, two camera lenses are perfect and the battery lasts all day! Best Buy had the best price as well and helped with the set up when I had some trouble doing it.

The iPhone 11 is by far the best iPhone I have owned over the year! The following features were immediately impressive: longer battery life, fantastic pictures, ease of use, great standard apps and settings. I would recommend it over older models..

This phone is so much nicer than my old IPhone 6. The larger screen size is so much easier to read and see things on. Love the new 12 mp camera too. This phone is noticeably heavier but it feels very sturdy. Thanks Apple and thanks Best Buy!

I upgraded from an iPhone X to this one. The camera is superb on the 11. Some pictures are noticeably better to me versus my X. The OLED screen on the X was definitely better, but getting extra screen space and a lower price were great trade offs in my book. Everything runs really quickly and without issue. I've had many generations of the iPhone and this one is a worthy successor.

Love this iPhone and the great deal I received at Best Buy. The battery lasts so much longer than the XR and the camera is amazing. The processor is so much faster. This transaction was so fast. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this phone for my wife to replace her iPhone 7. She seems to be enjoying it, which is nice because she does not usually like to make changes in technology. The camera is great and the phone is fast and has great battery life.

Upgraded from my iPhone 7 Plus and couldn't be happier. The camera is incredible, the processor is very quick, and the battery lasts all day. I don't really see a reason why you'd want to pay hundreds more for the Pro or Pro Max.

I left a 7 for this 11. It gives me a visual screen that I can see without the bulk of the iPhone 7+ which my husband is very happy with. It’s taken a bit to get the hang of it but I had excellent help getting started with the help of Joshua in the mobile department. Later I went back in to my geek Michael who went step by step through the questions that had cropped up. If you haven’t used anything past iPhone 8 be sure to play around and make a list of what you’re stuck on. Take it to mobile or geek squad. If it’s easier, call Apple. Enjoy your new iPhone!!! Very important to me is that this phone doesn’t have the OLED screen. I’m extremely light sensitive and get migraines. This is the only phone I can use. If Apple switches to all OLED screens in the future I’m off iPhone.

Slightly bigger than my old iPhone 8 but the camera is significantly better. The face recognition is neat but as I wear glasses it sometimes doesn’t recognize me without them. Otherwise great phone all the way around!

I’m very happy with Iphone 11 overall. However, I was not impressed with the service I received that day. As soon as the young lady rang up the “paid in full” sale she dumped me without a “thank you” or an offer to transfer data from IPhone 6 or instructions although acknowledging business was slow. I‘ve always purchased my Iphones @Best Buy & always had great service but not this time...big disappointment. I would recommend IPhone 11 but not the experience.

My beloved flip phone finally croaked, and I had reviewed smart phones with my friends over the past 2 years who share interests of biking & photography. They ALL recommended an IPhone & knew I would like what It can do. THEY WERE RIGHT! Photography is great (for when I just don’t feel like hauling around my camera & gear. Easier to relocate myself with maps & gps functions. Phone functions just the way I want it to. I do not use it as my computer in hand, as I much prefer the ginormous IMac screen. I still have much to learn, & have many friends to call who will gladly share their tips. Nice size, love the easy to spot red color and the WAY SIMPLE texting functionality. I am converted!

I have always had iPhones so they are the phones I'm most comfortable with and used to the features. But the newer model has helped with functions either I didn't have before or didn't use them. Simple example is the "flashlight" - so easy to click for those moments you didn't expect to need more light! And now I've discovered easy-to-use features like FaceTime - with the improved, crisper camera. Too many features to list. I also like the very slim case because even with a protective case and card holder/sleeve on the back, it fits easily into my pocket. Also, it seems very durable and the charge seems to last a long time. The price was good but we did get it on sale.

Upgraded from the 7. Was going back and forth between this and the new SE, but chose this for the better camera, battery and screen size. Best Buy had this at $100 off so that sealed the deal.

Christmas present for my husband who was way over due for an upgrade! Best Buy had the best price I could find and he loves his new phone. It's easy to use, great battery life, and great camera.

I purchased this for my wife who is not easy going on phones. She doesn’t need the power and performance of a Pro, so the 11 was the best bet for its time. The phone has a bigger screen then her departing iPhone X and a great battery life over her 2 year old iPhone X. Definitely a great purchase and she has been very happy with it since. As always, put a good case on it and screen protector, and it’ll last at least a couple years before the battery life wears down. We’re not great on being responsible when it comes to our charging habits, so despite Apple’s best efforts to maintain battery health, we’re pretty hard on them.

I love this phone. I upgraded after 4 years of an old iPhone. This phone is much faster and the camera is far superior. It is larger but you get used to it pretty quick.

Camera is very clear Battery life is good I use it heavily for day trading Run multiple apps no problem Light gaming PUBG fun to use and linked with PS4 remote play runs smooooooth

I had my Samsung Galaxy S9+ for about two years before the USB-C port broke. Apple supports their phones for longer with software updates and I’m tired of having androids that lasted a year or two before bricking. My coworkers with iPhones have had them for 3+ years without needing to replace them. Pros: + the cameras take some great photos + gestures and navigation in i OS are snappy + Face ID is more reliable than face unlock, but your mileage may vary Cons: - battery life is fairly average. It lasts me about a whole day with moderate use. Not necessarily bad, but bring a battery pack if that is important to you - Manual backups are a pain. If you don’t want to backup to iCloud or another cloud service, iTunes is a pain. It feels dated and unoptimized on my 2018 Dell XPS. - Apple Pay isn’t as widely accepted as Samsung Pay or LG Pay, which works with most readers.
