Great laptop for the price. But don't let the price make you think it's not capable! the 4060 performs very strongly. Runs Modern Warfare 2 on high @ ~105 fps. It's very upgradeable, and I highly recommend throwing in a faster SSD as well as 32 gb of good 5600 RAM. Disassembly is wicked easy! I really dig the Legion Vantage software as well - It has built in GPU overclocking (overclocks GPU / boosts VRAM to ~8000mhz), network boost, an overdrive option (increases refresh rate per google search). I just did a quick google search on those, but anyways, point is they definitely help. Even better value if you grab it on sale (for ~1200 or so).

I bought this computer about a month ago, and it has exceeded expectations on everything I've asked of it. It's wicked fast, and has worked beautifully for both gaming and work. The graphics are impeccable, and the integrated ports are *very* nice as someone who does a bit of photo & video editing. The battery life isn't mind-blowing, but I keep it plugged in when in serious use.

Wonderful laptop, great 165hz 2k 16inch monitor for gaming, RGB keyboard, and it’s lightning fast running every game at 150+ fps at max settings. The sales rep guy named Sam that helped me at the Best buy is always so nice and courteous. 10/10 laptop and customer service from Sam.

Budget Laptop with really good configuration! I definitely love this laptop and recommend to others. The storage and RAM was not enough for me due to various reasons but the nice thing about this laptop is that you can upgrade it. I swapped the 16GB RAM's with 64GB and throw an 1TB M.2 SSD and now its super fast and does pretty much everything thrown at it. I tested out couple of games and they ran without any issues. One more thing that I absolutely love about this laptop is the cooling system; I own a Alienware as well and I will say this Lenovo is extremely well at cooling (even when extensive gaming or running several virtual machines). The track pad seems a bit weird ngl but its not a big deal if you primarily use an external mouse (which most of us use with a gaming laptop). Additionally, I would really appreciate if they gave Windows 11 Pro with it instead of Windows 11 Home (again this is minor issue, as you can just install a fresh copy of Pro version). Overall, satisfied with the product :)

Graphics are amazing better than my desktop, but it has some trouble running games smoothly it often happens when im playing a game and plug it in because of low battery, the game will drop frames and the laptop itself will slow down, i have to restart it multiple times and even shut it down to fix it

Pretty good for gaming, graphics are amazing. No complaints at all except for battery life while gaming, can get a solid maybe hour on full battery while playing a high level game.

I love this computer so far! The quality of it is strong, it looks sleek like the sleeper gaming machine I was looking for! The upgradeability of it is straightforward as well. I already added another 2TB M.2 and more RAM to make this thing even more of a beast without spending more money on a higher end laptop

I love my Legion Slim 5. Been playing Horizan Zero Dawn, God Of War, Tarkov, and Dayz without any issues at all. Uprgrade the ram was easy and next till be adding a 2tb ssd drive. I only use it on the charger though as it dies pretty quick and performance drops a bit without it.

Great Laptop. Fantastic screen and keyboard. The touchpad is good but not at Macbook level. Can handle any demanding games. The battery life is great too specially when performing everyday tasks.

Very good gaming laptop. Haven’t had a single issue with it, although battery dies fast with it unplugged I basically use it like a PC

I’ve been satisfied with the performance of this laptop for gaming and day to day use. The only thing I would’ve liked was more storage other wise it performs well

Great laptop. Perfect for work and gaming. I’m by no means a hardcore gamer but this is totally sufficient for what I need/want. Runs new games without feeling like you’re sacrificing quality for playability.

Is really good, user friendly, quality graphics, decent storage space, amazing processor, runs really well and downloads supremely fast, only negative i have is that the keyboard heats up pretty quick, but compared to the rest of the functionality is not worth a star down from 5.

Solid computer and very fast. Issue #1. Biggest complaint is the pathetically small hard drive that it comes with. We live in 2023, and manufacturers are still putting half terabyte hard drives in gaming computers. Last I checked, games have gotten a lot more demanding in hard drive space since the early 2000s. Manufacturers really do need to start upping the default hard drive space or installing a second larger drive for everything to be installed to. Either would work. Issue # 2. The other big issue is that this computer can get very hot rather quickly. This is despite having a rather impressive cooling system. What this computer needs is larger "feet" under it. This would allow the cooling system to be significantly more efficient. This is a good buy if you can get it at about $1000
