Easy setup, great performance. It took less than 20 minutes to setup, install the app, and get wifi restored to all devices.

I replaced a much older router with this Nighthawk. It is a lot faster and more reliable than my previous Netgear (although that one had a great run). Setup was not as easy as the instructions lead on and customer support was subpar, but after multiple tries had it up and running and it’s been great ever since.

I’m really happy with this router. The NETGEAR Nighthawk BE5000 gave my home a noticeable speed boost and much more stable Wi-Fi connection. Streaming, video calls, and smart home devices all work smoothly with no drops or buffering. Setup was straightforward using the app, and the design looks modern and clean. The coverage is strong throughout my home, and the connection stays consistent even with multiple devices connected at the same time. Overall, this is a great upgrade if you want fast, reliable Wi-Fi and future-proof technology with Wi-Fi 7. Highly recommended!

The Netgear router was easy to set up and it works well. It reaches well to the far point in our house.

This router works exceptionally well and has exceeded my expectations. I have not experienced any dead spots, buffering, or lag issues since installing it. The connection remains strong and reliable throughout my home, even with multiple devices connected at the same time. I would definitely recommend purchasing this router.

Easy to set up and configure from the mobile app. There’s also good documentation in the NETGEAR knowledge base for troubleshooting.

A replacement for a nighthawk 6 router. this one has better performance.

Love how it works. i am not having any problems now connecting to the network. One before, you never new if you were going to be connected to the internet or now. I love the sleek shiney tower.

The Netgear Nighthawk BE5000 was a badly needed upgrade from my older router. Handles demands of the many household items that connect (washer/dryer, TVs, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, cell phones, computers, etc.) If BestBuy had more models in stock, I may have purchased a higher capacity model, but this model matches the speed of the internet coming into my house and has managed all of my devices without lag. Super happy with the upgrade.

CenturyLink had us switch over to Quantum Fiber. When we did that, our Ring Cameras stopped working. Neither Quantum or Ring seemed able to help us. I went to Best Buy, and the sales person knew exactly what I needed. As soon as I connected this Nighthawk Wi-Fi, everything worked properly.

Excellent product. I always use Nighthawk as my router for better connectivity amongst my gamers and other devices connected simultaneously.

Overall a solid gaming router, my only concern with the product is the range for the WiFi signal. I’ll probably need to get a WiFi extender to reach some dead spots at home but for the speed, technology, and price; it’s a solid router
