    Easy to set up and configure from the mobile app. There’s also good documentation in the NETGEAR knowledge base for troubleshooting.

    I replaced a much older router with this Nighthawk. It is a lot faster and more reliable than my previous Netgear (although that one had a great run). Setup was not as easy as the instructions lead on and customer support was subpar, but after multiple tries had it up and running and it’s been great ever since.

    The Netgear Nighthawk BE5000 was a badly needed upgrade from my older router. Handles demands of the many household items that connect (washer/dryer, TVs, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, cell phones, computers, etc.) If BestBuy had more models in stock, I may have purchased a higher capacity model, but this model matches the speed of the internet coming into my house and has managed all of my devices without lag. Super happy with the upgrade.

    CenturyLink had us switch over to Quantum Fiber. When we did that, our Ring Cameras stopped working. Neither Quantum or Ring seemed able to help us. I went to Best Buy, and the sales person knew exactly what I needed. As soon as I connected this Nighthawk Wi-Fi, everything worked properly.

    It works great, but was not easy to setup. A Mid-Continent technician took almost 3 hours to configure it. Netgear tech support was nearly useless as was the instruction manual.
