Bought an open! Tablet was not reset correctly. Wants previous owners information to set up. Best buy can not offer any help unless i make an appointment at the nearest store. Over 100 miles away. Thats the onky way it can be reset and the only way i can return it.

The set up to get started is kinda rouggh and tedious creating all of the samsung accounts. We bipassed it and used our family link account to give permissions and set limits and everything was fine after that. The table is large and works well. Easy for the kids to use and it is lightning fast. The cover is durable and has protected it well from the many accidental drops. It came with 3 stylus that look like crayons but you have to press them to thw screen so hard that we dont use them.

The Samsung kids tablet is a great choice for children. The screen is bright and clear, making it perfect for learning apps, videos, and games. Samsung Kids mode is easy to set up and gives parents strong control over screen time, apps, and content, which provides peace of mind.

So far my son seems to love this tablet. It seems to handle his basic apps rather well and minecraft works well too, even after he has spammed placing hundreds of cats. Battery life lasts him pretty much the whole week with a 1.5 hour run time each day. The case is a harder closed cell foam and a half inch thick. I cant say I know how well it protects the tablet because it hasnt fallen to the floor.

This is such a wonderful gift for my oldest son who is autistic, and it keeps him from ever having assess to my personsal phone... (rejoicing) He's enjoying this device just as much as I am relieved (smiling). Thank you.

I love this tablet. I bought this for my autistic son who breaks tablets easily. I'm actually thinking about getting 1 for myself. All my son's friends see it and they always asked me where I got it. They love the case. It's much faster than the tablet I have. My son has a better tablet than me.

Easy to set up, and I really love that it can grow with my child. Easy for her to use and navigate on her own (not that she needed much help because she figured most of it out on her own) and setting up the parental controls was a piece of cake

I love this tablet its huge, clarity is great, stays well charged for a long time and it processes information fast. Downside is the crayons it comes with don't work well and not very toddler friendly.

The battery life is amazing and the tab is kids friendly.

It's been a year since I purchased this Samsung tablet for my daughter and it's still working great! Before this purchase I was buying Amazon Fire Tablets and would have to replace them every year. I made a separate account for my daughter where I uploaded the apps I wanted unlike the Fire Tab which had applications already added from the start. With the Samsung Tablet I don't have to worry about her accessing my Amazon account or YouTube without my permission. I wish I would've gone with Samsung years ago.

This is a replacement tablet for our 6 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it. The previous tablet is the same tablet but smaller and older, and after a few years, just died. Of course, the 6 year old knows everything and he is doing more with this tablet that he could have done with the previous Galaxy Tab A9+. I highly recommend this tablet for kids.

Best tablet I've gotten for my kid! Far superior to IPADS!!! The cover is phenomenal. The restrictions are easy to set up and easy to use.

Child loves it ! This is her second one. The first one broke from the charging port but other than that great tablet.
