Very happy with my shovel

It did a great job clearing our front walk and a space in the yard for our short dogs. A little awkward for clearing steps. A few small things that could be improved - the safety button doesn't always cooperate when you're trying to press it, and the adjustable handle is limited in how far up and down you can move it. But it was very powerful and moved a lot of snow! And the battery lasted more than long enough to finish what we needed. It's nice to not have to lift shovels full of snow!

Was on call with Reynoldsburg store 45 minutes ONLY to be transferred. This call lasted longer only to be told that I need to go to store where I purchased! Realize its too late to return...I ONLY WANT IT REPLACED!
