Second times buying this flash. Good price, good quality, ease to use, does the job. After using theirs for more than 4 years no issues I drop the other one and had an error connection when attaching to cámara that is why I needed a new one. I recommend for starters or even pro photographers.

I bought 2 of these while my Nikon SB-5000 is being repaired for more than I paid for both of these. It took a little playing around with the settings to get them setup, paired, and working together with my other Nikon SB-500. Overall, the buttons to change settings could be more user friendly but if your a techie or into photography like me, you'll figure it out. These will be great extra flashes for off camera lighting to pair with my SB-5000 as the master once I get it back and are well worth the money for the features you get. They also work great as a cheaper option for someone just getting into the field. I would recommend buying 2 or 3 though for your initial setup.

My BestBuy store in Lexington,KY had just one of these left. I was lucky it was compatible with my Nikon Camera! It was 79.99 plus tax. This flash gives you data straight from your camera. I am using rechargeable double A batteries. It takes four of these.

its actually got quite a bit of power to it, not bad. and I got it as open box so for the price, it was totally worth it. its just really big an occupys a lot of real estate in a camera bag. I recommend putting it in like an outer pocket.

I was looking for an external flash to start exploring the use of flashes. I don't do a lot of work requiring flash, so this one was ideal for my purposes. It has a lot of features - more than what I think (at this time anyway) I will need, but I like versatility. I haven't experimented a lot with it, but am impressed with what I have done with it. Sunpak has been around a long time. Its name was more familiar to me than most others. This, the price point, the features, compatibility with my cameras, and availability were the prime reasons for my purchase.

Used for shooting inside of a darker theatre. Worked well, maybe a bit too well at times. This will give you the power of the sun and if the room is too dark it will wash out.

'Replaced' my Nikon Speedlight SB-600 with this. More power, better performance. Under normal use, not too much difference between the two, but the Sunpak flash can reach a bit farther and wider than my Nikon.

The flash works better than I expected. So far I am very pleased. Takes shadowing away during the day and makes great photos in poor lighting to almost no lighting. And easy to make adjustments if you do not need direct flash or flash is to bright.

This is a really good flash as an alternative to the more expensive offering from Canon or Nikon. I use this flash with my Canon EOS Rebel T6. The E-TTL works as expected. So far I have not had a chance to fully use it, but reading all of the features it is quite an advanced flash from the one I have for my film camera and closely mimics the Cannon Speed Light series of flashes.

This flash is packed with features. Works with Canon or Nikon, and uses their TTL. Comes with a nice case, a stand and a diffuser, and can work remotely through infrared. Well made. A great flash at a fraction of the cost of the big boys.

Has some nice features. Great on the go. Drains the batteries pretty quickly. Especially on longer shoots.
