I never leave reviews but this neck fan is amazing - I bought it on a whim to wear to a sporting event where it was going to be in the 90s and humid. It made such a difference... even my husband said to me "I'm not usually a fan of your random purchases but this one is the real deal." The cooling plate in the back really does cool you off and stops you from sweating. The battery life is OK... the device lasted about 4 hours running on high. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought this as a gift for my husband, he works in the garden sometimes. He tried this fan the 2nd day we got it, and it’s definitely helpful, although it can’t compare with AC, it does give coolness of the breeze, he feels some relief in this heat. Also it has heating plate which we will try it in winter. This neck fan can be adjusted to the size fits your neck which is definitely a bonus. It charges super fast, light weight and easy to carry. Recommend!

This imac is easy to function & light weight that its not bothersome while working. I just don't think its worth the $ to help cool you down in hot & humid weather. The product it seld is made well.

The TORRAS COOLiFY Air is an absolute game-changer! It’s super comfortable to wear, and the cooling and heating modes work incredibly well. We have not had a chance to use the heat feature on this product yet. I bought this for my partner as a Father’s Day gift. He hasn’t used it at work like I thought he would, mostly because he feels it would be a little cumbersome. It’s not super heavy, but it moves around a decent bit on your neck if you are being active. Plus he’s trying to keep it clean. His work is really greasy and dusty, and he’s not sure how it would withstand being around dust. When you don’t have AC in your car, and you want something to help keep cool with this is really nice, I wish the fan was a little stronger. On hot humid days you can hardly feel the breeze as much as I’d like. The metal part on the back of the neck is where all the cooling is really happening. That’s honestly my favorite part, and what makes it worth the price. If I were to shop for one again, I would get something that has those cooling metal plates on all sides. Due to the fact that’s where the product shines the most. The biggest downfall is it seems to never be charged when we want it the most. It feels like we charge it one day, and then hardly use it, go to use it the next day and it’s dead. Overall, I like the product. I think the charging issue is an us problem. We always use it on max when it is being used. But it seems to last a long time the day of when in use. It’s just odd how some days we start out fully charged, hardly use it, and the next day it’s dead. Ultimately I like the product enough that when I have the extra money, I’d be willing to invest in a more expensive one, to get the metal bars going all around my neck. It was worth it for me, and we get a decent amount of use out of it.

Didn’t realize heat, air, and cool are different functions but they do work well. At first didn’t think the heat was that great but when you put it under a jacket it did give nice warmth around the neck and ears and made watching a cold softball weekend much easier to handle. In the heat it cools. A bit bulky but the air feels great. Highly recommend to be comfort but not something I’d want to be walking around wearing. Is light enough so you know it is there but not bad to wear. The levels give good varying air to suit need. Love it and better than so many other ways to stay cool.

I brought this TORRAS COOLiFY Air on a two‑week trip through Southeast Asia, and I’m pretty sure it kept me from getting heat stroke. The humidity was no joke, but this thing cooled me down instantly. The airflow hits your neck and face directly, which makes a huge difference when you’re melting. My boyfriend had a cheaper Amazon neck fan, and the comparison was… rough. His was louder, bulkier, and blew air forward instead of toward his neck. Meanwhile mine was quiet, lightweight, and actually effective. He kept asking to borrow it. If you’re traveling somewhere hot, this is absolutely worth it.
