Two locations; same great customer service. My experience at Brook Park was the education of the appliance, and to pay my Total Tech renewal fee. I felt confident to purchase at that moment, however I had to review the details with mywife. While in Strongsville, after ten minutes we were owners of a new dishwasher. We were so satified with the choice as the total package and benefits of Total Tech took covered the delivery and haul away and installation. The people who showed up were kind and organized with exchange. My wife, is happy with the Bosch. Through the education of the salespeople at both stores, we are confident that this brand and style will be suitable for our lifestyle.

I’ve had this dishwasher for almost a year now and I love it! It cleans really well and it’s very quiet.

Pros: Excellent build quality and finish. Great performance, dishes, glasses, and pots always seem to come out sparkling. Silverware baskets: Located in/on the lower rack, thus no need to move the lower rack to access the basket(s). Individual loading spaces ensure thoroughly cleaned utensils…no food muck left behind. Knife rack up top for stowing large knives. Clever pivots built into tines in order to increase space / dish separation. Cons: Springs in door are a bit too strong (especially when new!), door always tries to snap shut too early as I’m closing it. Lower rack is somewhat imbalanced: if you load near the front of the rack first, then the wheels roll off of the ramps too soon and the rack crashes into the base of the door. Timer for Speed 60 cycle seemed to flip randomly between 1:00:00 and 1:10:00. Finally learned this was dependent on level of rinse aid. This was not clear in the documentation. Personal preferences: I would choose to have the lower rack configured for two parallel rows of dishes, rather than having half of it at a 90 degree angle. But this is going to be different for different folks. I don’t really use the stemware holder Mini racks up top that fold down are also clever, but I don’t seem to use them. Summary: We have been super pleased with this appliance. The black finish looks great in our kitchen and cleans up well. Frankly, we also appreciate the affordable price. Our previous dishwasher (from another manufacturer) failed immediately when the warranty expired, so we were not prepared to spring for a new major home appliance at that moment. The SilencePlus 50 dba is competitively priced and still delivers on performance.

I am absolutely satisfied with this dishwasher. I simply scrape any bits of food off the dishes and place them in the washer. The dishes have set up to 3 days before being washed. As of yet, i have never had a dirty dish after the wash. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a dishwasher. By the way i have had this dashwasher for 11 months with no troubles. Best buy installed the dishwaher and took away the old one. Could not have been easier.

From purchase to everyday use our new Bosch Dishwasher has proven to be the right decision. It is quiet, yet thorough. Its various settings fit all our needs. Its simple design is perfect for our home.

I love this product. Bosch is the best. This product is so quiet, I literally have to put my ear next to it to see if it’s on. It was a great price for Bosch. I just wish it had heated drying option on every cycle. Other than that it’s great for what I need. I don’t have that many dishes or use my dishwasher that much. Great product. I would recommend this. Fits perfect in place.

The dishwasher is very quiet, and it seems to run well. A little hard to pen and some complex detachable shelving but I am happy with it.

We were looking for a good value with a stainless steel tub. This Bosch had great reviews but was more costly. We bought another brand at Home Depot then noticed Best Buy put this one on sale and it was available. Quickly got a refund at HD and bought it online. It is very quiet and cleans well. Best Buy installers were fast and well worth the cost. Removed our old unit installed the new one in 30 min. Love the look and holds a lot of dishes.

So far so good! This machine runs circles around my recently trashed dishwasher which quit after 3 years. Easy install and dishes keep coming out clean. Easy to operate and noise level is minimal.

Looks beautiful. Very quiet but it would be nice if there was a little bit of sound to assure me it was running. The racks in my replaced dishwasher were better than those in this one as far as placement of tines. Also the old one had a reservoir for the Finish product. This one requires it be added each wash, a bit less convenient. The owner's manual isn't as clear as it could be. Although it is top rated by Consumer Reports I regret the purchase.

Hands down, the BEST dishwasher I have ever owned. My dishes come out sparkling clean and dry, and it is so quiet, I had to check to make sure it was running the first time I used it. Bonus: Bosch dishwashers are manufactured in the USA.

It’s the first dishwasher I’ve had (in 45 years and 3 houses) that makes my dishes squeaky clean. It’s quiet and I no longer have to rinse my dishes. I love that the soap dispenser slides up and down rather than the flap closing (half the time they don’t open). I love that it wasn’t made in China!!!!

This is our second Bosch dishwasher, this one replaced a 12-year-old GE washer. Dishes are literally sparkling clean and the washer cycles are very quiet. Thoroughly recommended!!!

Very nice unit. Sadly had to sacrifice a cupboard to install it but I don’t have to wash dishes in the sink much anymore just the ones that can’t go in the dishwasher. Really wish this unit had heated dry option. But will make do without it.  I want to see the loudest part of the machine is when it sprays water the whole operation can’t hear it

Replaced out old Bosch with this baseline Bosch. Cleans and dries better than previous Bosch. Love the display on the front to let me know how much time is remaining on the cycle.
