I bought this controller in store, brand new and while the photo looks to be a teal blue backing, it is actually more of a sky blue so I was slightly disappointed with the color. However, the performance is great. Microsoft controllers are always great and this one is no different.

This remote honestly changed my gaming, I love the grips that is has on the front and the back of the controller. I was looking into the elite remotes but saw that they were way to expensive so I settled for this hoping it would be good. And it far exceeded my expectations, it’s amazing. The feel for the remote is awesome and the colors are just great !

I like the grips on this and the look. Feels like new even though it is used.

We bought this controller so that the entire family can play certain games together. Works great and color is cool.

Went to the store in UNION, NJ but they sold our already. So the guy helped us order it for me. When I got it, it has scratches, found out it was a refurb. He said it was a brand new. Anyway this controllee has a nice grip. Worth the money. I recommend this.

My theory is, if the cost of a refurbished product plus the cost of Geek Squad protection is less than the cost of a new one, that's a win! The controller is really cool-looking, works great with Bluetooth and the kids love it.

Works great. Needed to replace my old controller because it was starting to have the thumbstick creep. This shipped fast, works flawlessly.

Alright for refurbished. The thumbstick chipped away a bit after a few weeks and the pause button started to stick within the year

This is the first time I buy refurbished and it will probably be the last time. After a few weeks the some the buttons stopped working.

Something is rattling inside but still works most of the time. Except when piece gets stuck in buttons.

The colors on this remote are gorgeous and smooth. The grey and teal is so nice to look at and there were no issues with the remote at all.

My kids love it. It works great. They really love it that it is Fortnite related. Plus it was a great deal for being refurbished.
