Beautiful laptop, minor issues

The AceMagic laptop is beautiful and works well. We've had a few minor issues such as getting it to work with a label printer we use that is known to work with Windows 11. Other than that, this is a great machine.

Mostly only a 3 because of lack of Documentation. Bought as a stop gap until I upgrade my desktop. After buying I also ran across a review that claims it is loaded with malware. Probably would not have bought if I had been aware of that.

Great Laptop at a Great Price. Runs smoothly with a lot of different tabs and programs opened. Only issue I have is the charging cord is way to short.

It looked great on the website and it looked great when I opened the box at home, I did all the startup stuff, shut it off and then opened it the next day. And it was broke. I took it to Best Buy to Geek Squad, and they couldn't do anything with it either. And they said, yeah, it's broke, it's junk, so I had to return it the day after I received it.

Got this just for remoting into my workstation with parsec. Screen size and price to performance are excellent, body is flimsy but perfectly find when on a hard surface like my counters at work.

Disappointed that I have to turn my labtop off after each use. I am acustom to just leaving it on/ running all the time, but if I do that with this unit it won’t wake up and i have to hard shutdown, let it rest before it will restart.
