The replacement toner cartridge was expensive. Luckily, the lady who helped me when I picked up the pre-paid order honored a price match, something the previous rep had claimed he could not locate on the web. She had NO problem locating it exactly where I said it could be found. I cannot comment about the quality of the toner because I have not used it yet.

Geek Squad knew what they were doing - very quick and helpful - and even added other functionality I didn't know was possible -
