Disclaimers

Q: Does the machine need both a hot and cold water supply? I have only a cold water supply.

A: If you only have a cold water tap to connect the washer to you will have to put a “Y” connection on your cold water tap so both the hot and cold inlet hoses can be connected. If you don’t do that the water will come out of the washer at the hot water hose connection if warm water is called for in the wash cycle. It would be possible to just cap the hot water inlet but then the machine won’t work if a cycle calls for hot water. The best, easiest solution is to put a “Y” on just like you would if you wanted to use two garden hoses from a single faucet.

Q: Is the dryer condenser or heat pump?
