We were looking for a new ac unit but since we have a 16 month old baby we decided it would be better to buy one with a heater since it is almost winter time. We decided on this unit and I am more than happy we did. It has an excellent heater and cold air. I would totally recommend this unit.

Great Heat/AC Unit For " Small" Space! Value! Quality!

We needed a new window unit so I figured why not get the best of both worlds and cover summer and winter! It's perfect for smaller sized rooms and it not overly loud! Very easy to install! Just what we needed to get the job done!

I was pleasantly surprised when my air conditioner arrived 3 or 4 days earlier than it was originally supposed to come in. While the unit itself is heavy, my husband and I were able to easily install it. It quickly cooled the room it was installed in within 10 or 15 minutes of it being on. I like how you can set the temperature on the unit, and like a central HVAC, it will "turn off" once the room reaches that temperature. The remote control makes it easy to change the settings without being directly in front of the unit. I'm looking forward to having a window unit that has heat so I don't need to have separate heaters. Since this unit is heavy for a window, I suggest getting a separate support brace for the unit to sit on.

I bought this air conditioner for my new sun porch. It does a very good job of heating the room. I haven't used the cooling side yet as it has been too cold for it. I like that it has a remote control.My daughter bought the same unit 2 years ago for her sun porch and has enjoyed it year around.

Bought 2 a/c's (model # FFRH08L2R12) on sale at a good price in March 2018, to replace 2 which were nearly 6 years old. Weather has been cool since then, but it was in mid to high 70's yesterday, so turned them on in LR & BR. Both work well & kept both rooms cool. They are also quieter than our old a/c's, almost as quiet as central a/c units. Our building has radiators for heat during cold weather, so probably won't need to use the new a/c's for heat. Recommend.

This unit cools a large room quick. Easy to install thru the wall fits great,works great. Love the remote. Love the thermostat that comes on and off when needed.

Unit is wonderful. The multifaceted platform A/C 8000btu & heat 7000btu. Efficiency and style is terrific.

Just installed the unit. The a.c. works well. Gets my family room cold in a short period of time. Tried the heater, and it will get a small room pretty warm.

Just what I needed at a reasonable price and best part is its on a reasonable credit plan

I bought this model because it has the highest BTU with 110v plug in. It works really good for my 800' area.

We installed this AC with ease. It cools quickly down to very cold and keeps it there coming on as needed.

Unit has been working well and cooling with no problems. I haven't tried the heating yet.
