We have had this dryer for 1 month now and it out preforms any dryer I have ever had in my 50 years as an adult (and I've had quite a few in my day). Not only is it beautiful it is absolutely a workhorse machine. It's large capacity handles my bedspreads and comforters like a champ and drys then in 30 minutes. If you want an appliance that will get the job done and look great while doing it , this is for you.

My clothes dry in less than an hour and I love, love, love the blue color!

[Employee of bestbuy] First front load dryer. Works well, got it because the doors are reversible, and its supper easy to do. Tooke about 45 minites to do the washer and dryer. Also seems to dry my close super fast

This dryer has been a great addition as a matching set they look great and perform awesome. Very little maintenance…wipe down clean lint

This is the best dryer I have ever owned. It is so efficient it blew my mind. Previous dryer would take over an hour to dry the load no matter what the load was. I paired it with matching washer. Both machines are amazing.

I purchased the washer 3 months ago, as my old one had broken down. Well, the new GE was great, so I thought I might as well replace the dryer as the old one was 18 years old. I just received the dryer last week, and it’s the best one I’ve ever owned !!! I also like the app so I can see when the drying is done :)

We also have the washer that goes with this set both are very good. We love the washer link you just move the cloths to the dryer and it auto sets the right dry cycle based on what the washer was set.

We purchased this as a set with the washer and when they were delivered the delivery guy cut the power cord to the dryer with a box cutter when unboxing. We didnt find out until after i had installed the dryer and thankfully I wasn't electrocuted. After multiple phone calls to Geek Squad including scheduling service to repair the dryer the next day, we found out that the power cord was non serviceable and we would need to replace the whole dryer. After a brief search online I found that the power cord is easily exchanged with a quick connector but neither Geek Squad nor GE themselves will replace just the cord. The dryer is backordered over 45 days and I would be unable to do laundry without a dryer until then as the old dryer does not work. So we are exchanging the set and highly recommend to steer clear of GE as they make serviceable parts non serviceable and currently cant keep up with orders without being backordered. It's a shame because it's a beautiful set and the washer works great but I'm not purchasing a non matching set at that price. Also be very wary of geek squad delivery because without their incompetence none of this would have happened.

Just installed 1 week back. Did couple of loads my washer shakes while it is in the spin cycle not sure weather the installation part is done correctly. I will be contacting Best Buy first and see weather they will help me with fixing the issue. Other than that everything looks good and I will be updating my review based on fixing issue.

the dryer is bubbling on the bottom i have contacted GE on 4/9/24 they sent an agent over from a outside co he said he need to order a part gave me the receipt for the part and left i call today to this appliance they said because it's cosmetic they don't cover and opened a case with GE but until I called no one has been in contact I think they are trying to wait out warranty by giving me the run around

Our dryer was malfunctioning from the start. It won't dry properly. It appears to maybe be a sensor? We have scheduled service, but that's 10 days out. Each load takes approximately 3 cycles to somewhat dry. Sheets and pillow cases (med/large) load just rolls into one large ball. So unfortunate. I had higher hopes for these machines. It took over a month waiting for this backordered item! Wish I would have gone with my gut and bought the LG's!!

We replaced a Samsung washer and dryer that was only 10 months old. Samsung was very disappointing. I have a friend in the appliance world who suggested GE. Which we hadn't even thought about. But he said the lifespan and quality exceeded Samsung and for less money. We couldn't be happier. Super quiet. The detergent tank is a huge plus. We got the sapphire blue and love them. The GE App is easy to use. Plenty of cycles and options. The display is bright and easy to see. The dryer is gas and dries quickly. We are so glad we made the change. Samsung is good for tv's and phones, but I think they need work on the appliance end of things. Best Buy made it easy for scheduling install and sent an actual licensed and certified gas installer. Samsung did not.

Purchased this dryer in February and am absolutely in love with it. It dries very quickly and has a very large capacity. I have used most of the drying features including the steam function which I haven't mastered yet, but it is an excellent feature. I purchased the washer and the pedestals with this dryer as a package and have zero complaints with any of them. Highly recommend.

I know I’m getting older because I’m too excited about this dryer. First, its beautiful and well constructed. Second, it’s dries fast and thoroughly- this is the first dryer I have owns that dries denim and sheets on the first go. Third, it’s has bells and whistles that seal the deal - Wi-Fi is surprisingly useful, steam dewrinkles like a dream, wash link is too cool to ignore.
