Great laptop and best purchase experience ever

I was dreading the headache of setting up a laptop to replace my dead one. Not at all the horrible experience I was expecting! From opening the box to fully functional, everything transferred from my last backup, connected to my wifi and printer in less than 1/2 hour, no problems at all! That never happens in my world! Thank you so much, I'm so happy with this entire experience and I love my refurbished by Joy Systems Lenovo!
