The new phone was easy to setup and simple to use. The handset provided clear sound and at normal and higher volumes. The boost feature was also very helpful. Answering machine and link to cell also work well.

This is a bit on the expensive side but it is a good phone. There are a lot of bells and whistles. It's wall mountable, blue tooth enabled and can be put on silent mode so you don't hear a ring. These were a few things that were important to me when choosing a phone.

I especially love the fact that you connect to your cell, especially given the current Covid-19 case, you can initiate a call on cell and connect to home handset, as well as, any calls received can be answered. Sound quality is excellent and I would recommend for any age group since the loudest setting is great for those who are suffering with hearing loss.

THIS IS AN AWESOME PHONE. I EVEN ORDERED EXPANDED HAND SETS THRU PANASONIC. BEST BUY DID NOT HAVE MORE EXPANDABLE HANDSETS TO GO WITH IT WHICH DIDNT MAKE SENSE TO ME.

This is a great phone for seniors. Large buttons, plus volume with boost and slow incoming speech if needed. Great phone.
