I only purchase my phone's from best buy and I always purchase the geek squad. I know i f I have a problem with my phone I can go in and they take care of it right there...usually replacing the phone!

This is one of the reason I love shopping here. They have the best Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan. I have used it more than twice and I didn't have any issue with the returns to replace.

So glad I purchased this with my new Google phone. Six months in, my phone battery failed and it was necessary to get a new phone. My phone was replaced immediately, no questions asked.

Thank goodness we bought warranty at time of purchase, my daughter ended up cracking the screen and BB replaced it on the spot with an upgraded version of the same phone!! Daughter paid the difference!!

Had a defective phone and without this protection, I wouldn't have been able to return it for an exchange and then subsequently a refund due to the second phone not working. Thank god I got this

Very happy with Geek Squad, always polite and they have always taken care of business! They know what they're doing and don't even have to be on the spot to fix the problem.

I always recommend getting Geek Squad Protection on most electronics. It's not the stores fault for faulty items, but sure is nice having a store like Best Buy to back up what I do buy.

They did exactly as stated on my last phone. I had the protection plan on it for 2 years and when the screen broke they gave me the full price of my phone back to spend on another.

No matter what item I buy. I always be sure to buy the geek squad protection plan. I have never had an issue. If my device is having issues I go in and they take care of it.

Inexpensive and covers a lot. Bought it because I've bought other plans from best buy and they are worth the cost. If they can't fix it they will replace the product (up to equal value paid).

I have a one yr geek squad protection on this phone and it isn't even a yr old and the geek squad says call the manufacture . WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF GEEK PROTECTION ???? Can u answer that

I always get this plan for my products! I destroy anything technological somehow and this plan always saves me!

This could come in handy particularly with phones. There is a $50 fee to switch phones if the phone price matches the price of the new one...or you can pay the difference plus the fee.

I love this protection plan i always recommended .it's so cheap and efective if something happened to your phone they'll replace it or give you your money back

I really liked this phone at the time was one of the best phones was very quick and screen had a great resolution for a calling and texting phone

I HAVE BEEN A BESTBUY CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR INSURANCE. IN FACT, I PREFER BEST BUY THAN ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC STORE.

now its not that worth it no more they only offfer one year. if they woud offer 2-3 years like before then yes its deffently worthit but for a year its not
