I like the larger screen size...updated my older computer after 8 years

This laptop has been great and so easy to use. The screen size is exactly what I needed. The programs are all user friendly.

Purchased to replace an older laptop and is doing a nice job so far. I still need to work with it more to learn all it can do. Would be nice if Best Buy offered training classes for people (seniors) buying newer laptops as it would enable us to get more out of the equipment we are buying.

Purchased the HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - HP finish in jet black and love it! Added an external wireless keyboard and mouse for taking timed tests. Fast processing, brilliantly clear color and easy to use. In an era where nearly every retail business touts excellent customer service...Best Buy techs knocked customer service out of the park! Quite satisfied!

I like the look and the feel of the computer even though the top is very flimsy. The first one lasted about a week and a blue screen appeared. Took it to Best Buy and they said the mother board was defective. Replaced with another computer and so far so good. It is possible I ended up with a one in a thousand bad one since all of my other HP’s have been great.

Bought this computer to replace an old computer I was using. It is a quantum leap from the old computer, Fast, starts quickly, and great graphics. Not a touch screen but I traded that for a 17" screen and am very happy with the trade.

Set-up was easy, love the larger screen, plenty of hard drive memory for what I need and much faster than older laptop.

I needed a new laptop because my old one bit the dust. This one works great and is what I need at a reasonable price.
